CLC Boys Summer Running

What is summer running?

Summer running is a time to get to know your cross country teammates, work on running form and build aerobic fitness in preparation for the fall season. Workouts are customized to support each athlete's current fitness level, from beginner to veteran.

Come prepared to run with running apparel, good running shoes, water, and a watch.

Is it required that I attend every day?

It is understood that you will have to miss days during the summer. The goal is to come as much as possible. A coach will be there most days, but not everyday. Reminders and c will be communicated at the beginning of each week via ParentSquare.
