The Jr Gator Weights is designed for middle school students (grades 6th-8th) who want to learn how to safely and correctly lift weights while developing strength, coordination, and athletic confidence.
*Learn proper upper & lower body lifting techniques
*Develop a baseline for strength training and agility
*Improve body control to help reduce injury risk.
*Build confidence and a foundation for future athletic success
For 8th graders, this camp is the perfect bridge into high school summer strength training.
