Info
Competitions – Drills will be competitive and will push the girls to maximum potential. Defense – Coaches will break down their defensive terminology, technique, body position and philosophy along with basic fundamental movements and tackline techniques.
Offense – Players will learn different route running techniques, passing, catching, throwing and learning different offensive formations.
Scrimmages – We will have small scrimmages from 3 v 3, 5 v 5, 7 v 7 and full field scrimmages.
Fun – We understand camp is a time for the girls to compete, learn and develop their skills, but at the same time we want to create a friendly and fun atmosphere.
