Throughout Literature & Culture I, we study religion and architecture from many different ethnic cultures.  However, we feel that in order to truly understand the power and emotional impact of different ethnic cultures, one must experience them firsthand.  To this end and because tickets go fast, we are currently organizing a field trip to significant architectural and religious locations around Chicago on Wednesday, September 24th.

The total cost of the trip will be $70 per student.  This cost includes a coach bus, a very nice lunch at Hibachi Grill Asian Buffet, and visits to key religious buildings around Chicagoland (see itinerary on reserve side). In order to guarantee a seat on the trip, forms and fees (online, cash, or check made payable to Crystal Lake Central) must be in by Monday, September 15th. After this date, we will open up the remaining seats to other senior students. 

Due to the nature of this trip, we ask that students dress appropriately: no ripped jeans, no tank tops, etc. It is best to dress like you would dress for church service.
