Crystal Lake South Freshmen and Sophomore Boys Strength and Conditioning Camp Summer 2025
What:
The Summer Program is the off-season/pre -season phase for our student athletes in their strength and conditioning regimen. Each athlete is expected to wear the proper clothing (tied shoes/cleats, tshirt, shorts) as well as bring water to each training session. If any other medical stipulation is required or limits the athlete, it is the guardian’s and child’s responsibility to communicate such information beforehand to the coaching staff prior to training. The fee for the camp is $125. If any Freshman or Sophomore that has conflicts with times below, they can always attend the first (Jr/Sr) session as well.

Who:
This camp is for freshmen and sophomore athletes.(Juniors/Seniors can be added upon request to athletics office).
When:
The camp runs from May 27th to July 31st. Each group will train every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday from 8:30 am-9:30 am. (July 8th-July 31st times will be 7-8:30am for Football players only) NO TRAINING ON JULY 4th
