Description: This workout plan is designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and endurance for dancers. It includes core, upper torso, and lower torso exercises to support balance, control, and fluid movement. It will end with dynamic and static stretching, focusing on hip flexors, hamstrings, and shoulders to maintain flexibility and prevent injuries.
