Description of the camp: This camp focuses on building the foundational habits of being a competitive runner. But, getting in shape for the fall season is only a part of the purpose of the camp. The most memorable and impactful aspect of the summer camp is building camaraderie with your teammates during those runs, something that establishes a foundation for a strong team culture throughout the entire season.
Runs and workouts will be unique for each runner. Volume and intensity varies according to ability. Athletes will run on campus or off campus. For the off campus runs, our routes follow sidewalks and roads near CLS.
