Come dressed in comfortable running clothes. We run in all types of weather unless it is lightning out. Please bring sunscreen and bug spray, if necessary.

REVISED CAMP DATES - UPDATE FLYER ATTACHED
The camp is open to all high school runners and incoming freshman. The camp will be supervised by Coach Kelly MacDonald, the PR Ladies Head Cross Country Coach (25+ years). Camp Flyer Link

*Attend as often as you can. It is understood that families go on vacation.
