A Typical Day
Skill Work – Large part of camp will be focused on developing the essential fundamental basketball skills. Defense – Coaches will break down their defensive terminology, technique, body position and philosophy. Offense – Players will learn spacing, proper cutting, ball movement and how to read/react to opposing defensive schemes.
Fun – We understand camp is a time for the girls to compete, learn and develop their skills, but at the same time we want to create a friendly and fun atmosphere.
What to Bring
Gym shoes, athletic clothes to compete in and a water bottle
